Who operates this platform

AGM Corps LLC develops and operates Knights Together. Knights Together is a service platform for council life; it does not represent the Knights of Columbus and is not an official program of the Order.

Information we collect

Account information you provide: name, email address, preferred language, and optionally a mobile number, interests, talents, and availability.

Council participation created by your use of the platform: membership and role in a council, activity sign-ups and attendance, volunteer shifts, meeting records, tasks, documents you upload, and the communication preferences you choose.

Consent records: the exact text you accepted, the channel, the language, the date and time recorded by our servers, and where the acceptance came from.

Operational records needed to run the service, such as notification queue entries and audit entries of actions taken inside the platform.

How we use information

To give you access to your council workspace and show the activities, meetings, and documents you are allowed to see.

To send the notifications you have agreed to receive, such as activity registration confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes.

To keep records of consent, permissions, and council decisions, and to investigate misuse or errors.

We do not use your information for advertising, and the platform does not run fundraising or marketing messaging campaigns over SMS.

SMS pilot information

The SMS pilot is operated by AGM Corps LLC for the Knights Together SMS pilot. It is closed and invitation-only, limited to testers, and scoped to account notifications about test activities.

If you opt in, we store your mobile number in normalized international format together with the brand, program, message scope, language, exact consent text, policy versions, source, and server timestamp.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your SMS consent applies only to this program. It is never transferred to another brand, another council, or any third-party campaign.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Service providers

We use providers strictly to operate the platform: a cloud database and authentication provider for accounts and data storage, and an email delivery provider for notifications you have agreed to receive. If the SMS pilot is activated, a messaging provider will be used to deliver text messages.

Providers process information only to deliver these services on our behalf, not for their own marketing.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: account and council records while your account and participation exist, and consent records for as long as required to show what you agreed to, including after a revocation.

Revoking consent does not erase the history of prior decisions; it records a new decision that stops future messages.

We do not state fixed retention periods here; deletion requests are handled case by case and may be limited by records we must keep.

Your choices and requests

You can review and change your communication preferences at any time in your profile, and revoke SMS consent there or on the SMS pilot page.

Changing your mobile number requires a new SMS acceptance; a prior acceptance never carries over to a different number.

To ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, write to support@agmcorps.com. We may need to verify your identity through your account before acting.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we publish a new version here. Consent records keep the version that was in force when you accepted.
